Let's face it, everyone is better than everyone else. Sure we may say no one is better than anyone else, but that's only when we're talking about slavery or gender or something like that. Otherwise, there is definitely a superior.
This is never more true than when you are talking about the two main types of people in life, academics and manual laborers (the artistic type is sometimes considered to be a third type, but they are kind-of weird so I'll leave them out). Of course, everyone knows that we, academics, are actually the best. Who else can quote Shakespearian soliloquy or pi to a thousand places (It's going to come up in conversation)? Although, manual labors are better because they actually know how to do things. Yet, without academics to design machines, manual labor's job would be so much more difficult. Of course, without manual labors there wouldn't be any food for academics to eat and come up with there inventions. However, without academics coming up with new ways to grow food, many manual laborers wouldn't be able to work. Goodness, this sure is difficult!
Just remember, all animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others.
